- 12 week course and limited to 6 members
- 1.5 hours sessions on Tuesday or Thursday at 6:00PM
- Offered as a supplement to your individual therapy
- Pre-screening is required

Dialectical Behavior Therapy [DBT] is helpful for:
- People who are doing the best they can and need better skills to be more effective.
- Managing difficulties with personality, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and/or in combination with other disorders or addictions that interfere with the quality of life.
DBT Psychosocial Skills Group training consists of skills building:
- Incorporating mindfulness practices
- Regulating emotions
- Tolerating stress and frustration
- Improving communication and relationships
