Ongoing Counseling Groups

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Educational Support Group

In a confidential environment, group members share their experiences with OCD & strategies that have helped them reduce their symptoms and enjoy life. Learn cognitive-behavioral coping skills & strategies. Adults, men & women; family members of persons who suffer with OCD may also attend with or without the family member. Open group (new persons may join at any time). Meetings are held twice a month: first and third Monday of each month from 7 - 8:30 p.m., facilitated by Vicky Hampton, LPC, LADC (405) 777-9459. Interested new members do not need prior consent to attend the group. There is a $20.00 fee per meeting. Sliding scale applies if unable to pay.

 

 

OCD SUPPORT GROUP MISSION STATEMENT

A fellowship of women and men who experience Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) daily in their personal and professional lives. The group offers support through education and experiences, connection through empathy, and examples hope for relief from OCD.

 


Healing from Betrayal

This therapy & support group helps women who have been betrayed by affairs, porn use, prostitutes & other forms of sexual acting out by their partners. Research indicates that Women heal from this form of trauma best in groups of other women who have similar experiences. Adult women only, Open group (new persons may join after intake appointment). Meetings every Thursday at 6:00 p.m., facilitated by Marcia Leys, M.S., LPC, LADC, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Certified Brainspotter, & EMDR trained. Codependency/12 Step Recovery Group

Skills & Education with Support from other group members learning & living with more empowerment in your life. Adult women only, Open group (new persons may join after intake appointment). Men's Sexual Health & Recovery Group

Men recovering from sexual, pornography, & relationship addiction. Adult men only, Open group (new persons may join after intake appointment). Men recovering from alcohol, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Adult men, ages mid-30s and up, Open group (new persons may join after intake appointment). Men's Recovery Group

Women's Recovery Group

Women recovering from alcohol, substance, abuse and co-occurring disorders. Adult women, age 35 and older, Open group (new persons may join after intake appointment). Men will focus on recovery from co-occurring disorders. Members will participate in accountability, goal setting and developing improved life skills.
