Marcia began her career as a school teacher in Oklahoma and later in California. After moving back to Oklahoma in 1995, she obtained her Master’s degree at Southern Nazarene University and began her journey to licensure to follow her passion to use her life experience to aid those desiring to recover from depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, divorce and the devastating effects of trauma and addiction. Laurie graduated from Bethany University, Santa Cruz, California with a Bachelor of Arts in Addiction Studies and Social Sciences. She went on to earn her Master's in Education from the University of Oklahoma. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past eight years and is currently under supervision for her License in Drug and Alcohol Counseling. Laurie has experience working in a variety of settings including drug and alcohol treatment, therapeutic foster care/outpatient therapy and also in a psychiatric inpatient setting working with children, adolescents and their families.

Vicky became interested the counseling field in 2000 after working with students at Oklahoma State University’s theater department. Vicky’s office at OSU

Margene M. Nelson, M.Ed., Licensed Professional Counselor
Margene began her career in public school education in California, Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, she completed a Masters Degree in 1993 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Following that, she became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 1997. Michelle Garrett, MS, LMFT
Michelle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, both in the State of Oklahoma and California. Professional memberships include the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and OAMFT (Oklahoma Chapter), and American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She has worked in both private practice and group counseling centers for over 23 years. Jennifer Haworth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s of Science degree in Family and Child Studies and a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Sociology with a focus on Substance Abuse Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. Jennifer has experience working with all ages, couples, and families. Jennifer enjoyed working primarily with adolescents on probation and their families for three years focusing on anger management skills, decision making skills, and substance abuse issues. Hilary Stevenson is a Licensed Professional Counselor candidate and expects to become fully licensed in August of 2017. Hilary holds BFA and MHR degrees from the University of Oklahoma and certification from the Department of Mental Health as a Case Manager III. Hilary began her career in the entertainment industry. After earning her BFA in Stage Management at the University of Oklahoma, she worked on a 17-city tour with national recording artists, The Roots. Shortly thereafter, she managed talent for Norwegian Cruise Lines in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, as well as The Rainbow of Life in Las Vegas, and then in Washington D.C. In 2016, Hilary received specialized training from The Brazelton Institute at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, becoming the only person in Oklahoma certified in performing the Newborn Behavioral Observation system (NBO). This relationship-building tool is a ground-breaking way to get to know who a baby is as an individual as early as his/her first day of life. The NBO provides an opportunity to listen to the baby in a new way and get a good idea of her/his strengths, areas that may require more support, and even personality!

Jeff Stewart received his graduate training from Southern Nazarene University and has been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past several years. An Oklahoma City native, Jeff received his Bachelor's degree in Religion from Baylor University and was hired by Crossings Community Church (formerly Belle Isle Community Church) as their Pastor of Student Ministries in 1988. Through his work with adolescence and their families, Jeff began realizing that the church had a tremendous opportunity to help people by integrating the highest quality clinical practices within the faith community. Thomas Baroi, M.S., MPH, LADC
Thomas has over 25 years of counseling, drug rehabilitation and program management experience. He is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor (LADC) and a Certified ADSAC (DUI) Assessor. He holds a Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Oklahoma, a MS in Vocational Rehab Counseling from Langston University and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Bangladesh. As a physician we worked in different capacity with different Govt. and non-governmental organization. Thomas is a pioneer in the treatment of substance abuse disorder in Bangladesh.
