Kyle holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma with a specialty in counseling. He has completed clinical internships at OU Health Science Center, Bethany Pavilion, Mabel Basset Women's Prison and Presbyterian Hospital. He has also completed 4 units of CPE, clinical pastoral education. He holds two undergraduate degrees in Christian Education and Management of Human Resources. Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is trained and educated in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, specifically those that are in or from “blended” families and those suffering from the pain of divorce. Michael experienced two divorces in his childhood and has been a part of three different blended families growing up, which is where his interest in the field of psychology and family systems got its spark. Brandon Schmidt, M.A., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, PCIT

Brandon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Approved MFT Supervisor with the State of Oklahoma. Brandon received a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. Brandon has extensive experience in clinical administration and working with numerous individuals, families, adolescents, children, and couples. He and his wife have served as Ministers of Students in several Oklahoma churches and they have worked as Foster Parents in a Group Home atmosphere. Caleb Scoville, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor

Caleb Scoville is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Caleb has experience working with children, adults, couples, families and groups with many diverse issues including Attention Deficit, Oppositional Defiant, Depression and Anxiety Disorders. Caleb has spent the last 12 years working with individuals and families in multiple capacities affected by cancer and grief. Caleb began his journey of giving back to this community by volunteering at camps across the United States for children with life threatening illnesses. Caleb continued his work with this population in Oklahoma where he has devoted his knowledge and expertise to brain tumor and grief centered organizations, cancer survivors, and their families. Caleb’s Psycho-oncology work includes: counseling survivors and their families one on one, family and group clinical interventions, advocating for survivors and their families, leading large and small support and discussion groups, facilitating grief groups and other grief work, as well as leading divorce group seminars. Caleb also has experience in working closely with professionals within the Psycho-oncology network including Oncologists, Neuropsychologists, Psychologists, Counselors, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Researchers. Jenna Richardson, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor

Jenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR. Her professional memberships include Oklahoma Counseling Association (OCA) and Oklahoma Christian Counselor Association (OCCA).

Michelle Garrett, MS, LMFT

Michelle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, both in the State of Oklahoma and California. Professional memberships include the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and OAMFT (Oklahoma Chapter), and American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She has worked in both private practice and group counseling centers for over 23 years. She worked at TLCC for the first five years it was open, and helped to develop programs such as the Marriage Mentoring Program and Parent University, coordinating with local churches and schools to bring these programs into their communities.


Michelle has served on the Board of Directors for several local non-profits and has served as a mentor for parents who have children with trauma and/or disabilities. She is currently on the teaching staff for The Spero Project's S.H.A.R.P. Program. Teaching curriculum includes trauma, ptsd, and compassion fatigue. She also volunteers time to teach classes for Project 31's Breast Cancer support groups. Tiffany Fuller, MA., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She has worked in the mental health field since 2011 in both inpatient psychiatric settings and in private practice. She has received additional training in traumatic stress, emotionally focused couples therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness. Tiffany has a passion to help others tune in to their present moment experience with acceptance and self-compassion. Mark Gonzales, MS, Licensed Professional Counselor

Mark holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University. He has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2000. He has been in private practice since 2008. Mark has worked with schools, churches, law enforcement and doctors, within the community.

Jeff Stewart, M.S., LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor

Jeff Stewart received his graduate training from Southern Nazarene University and has been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past several years. An Oklahoma City native, Jeff received his Bachelor's degree in Religion from Baylor University and was hired by Crossings Community Church (formerly Belle Isle Community Church) as their Pastor of Student Ministries in 1988. Through his work with adolescence and their families, Jeff began realizing that the church had a tremendous opportunity to help people by integrating the highest quality clinical practices within the faith community. Courtney Reasnor, M.Ed., Licensed Professional Counselor

Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who takes a holistic approach to counseling by focusing on client’s emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being. She has experience working with children and adults that struggle with depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal issues. She works with clients by providing encouragement and assisting clients in the change of their cognitive perspectives. Thomas Baroi, M.S., MPH, LADC

Thomas has over 25 years of counseling, drug rehabilitation and program management experience. He is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor (LADC) and a Certified ADSAC (DUI) Assessor. He holds a Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Oklahoma, a MS in Vocational Rehab Counseling from Langston University and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Bangladesh. As a physician we worked in different capacity with different Govt. and non-governmental organization. Thomas is a pioneer in the treatment of substance abuse disorder in Bangladesh. He worked as a founder member of Bangladesh Rehabilitation Center for Addiction (BARACA) which introduced the whole person concept of the disease model of addiction with added spiritual component to it in treating the disorder. He continued his work in a managerial capacity with Turning Point substance abuse outpatient counseling and treatment center in Oklahoma City for last 11 years. Jeannine Houx, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor

Jeannine is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education from Ozark Christian Collage in Joplin, Missouri and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. She has experience working with Children as young a 4 years old, pre-teens and adolescents as well as adults including adults with severe and chronic mental disorders.

Jeannine has experience working with children in Non-directive Play Therapy, Filial Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reduce maladaptive behavior, improve self esteem and relationships as well as processing trauma related to neglect or abuse. Kristen Caldwell, M.A., LPC Candidate

Kristen is an LPC Candidate currently pursuing licensure. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Nazarene University. Her academic achievements include, participating in the prestigious McNair Scholars Program during undergraduate, where she worked closely with a faculty member to develop and write original research. Kristen is also a member of Psi Chi, which is an international honor society in Psychology.

Kristen enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. Her previous internship experience began at Transforming Life where she worked with a diverse clientele struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief, stress, trauma and abuse, anger, and identity and relational issues. She then finished her internship with Saint Anthony's Intensive Outpatient program co-facilitating weekly group therapy with patients suffering from similar issues, as well as bi-polar, substance abuse, and suicide ideation.

Kristen’s approach to therapy is often psychodynamic in nature with a relational focus, yet eclectic, seeking to partner with the client’s unique narrative to incorporate other theories when necessary. Diane Holland, LPC

Diane is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Minor in psychology as well as a Master’s Degree from University of Oklahoma in Human Relations. She is trained and educated in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with an extensive background in Chemical Dependency and Crisis Intervention. Diane worked in a hospital setting for 14 years dealing with inpatient, outpatient, Intensive Outpatient and Day treatment and is well versed in a variety of treatments including EMDR and trauma based therapies. Diane has counseled people of all ages with a variety of complex issues and incorporates 30 years of experience with each client she serves believing that focusing on the client’s positive qualities as well as strengthening their spiritual, mental and health attributes brings healing and hope into their lives. Nancy E. Grayson, MD

Dr. Grayson completed her undergraduate studies at Rice University in Houston, TX. She received her medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine – Tulsa. Dr. Grayson completed her internship training at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Grayson completed her residency in Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine – Tulsa where she was Chief Resident, both in her 3rd and 4th years of residency.

Dr. Grayson was Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1995 and recertified in 2006. Dr. Grayson holds an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oklahoma. Kay Gackle, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Kay Gackle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist both in the state of Oklahoma and Florida. She has additional training in EMDR for trauma work, Gottman method for marriages and SYMBIS for premarital counseling. She has worked on staff at a church as well as counseling centers.


Kay has a passion to see people find freedom and get healing from past trauma. Her focus has been specifically on helping individuals who have experienced sexual abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression and grief. Her passions also include helping parents by partnering and equipping them with learning tools that can help them effectively raise their children. Prior to moving to Oklahoma, she has spoken at churches on topics such as parenting, bullying, marriage and also related scriptural teachings.


Kay’s heart also beats for our global community traveling to more than 7 countries to partner with various missionaries and organizations. Steven Ellsworth, M.A., LADC/MH Candidate

Steve holds a Master's degree in Substance Abuse Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma and has completed the educational requirements for the LADC/MH license. He is currently an LADC candidate under supervision. Previously, Steve was employed at the Addiction Recovery Center (ARC) as an Integrated Counseling Specialist working as the sole weekend counselor in the detox unit where he gained valuable first hand experience in crisis interventions as well as mental illness and trauma assessments. At the ARC, Steve helped hundreds of individuals understand their recovery options and walked with them and their family members through the difficult first days of sobriety.


Steve completed his inpatient internship at the 12&12 Addiction Recovery Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, his outpatient internship at A Chance to Change, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and volunteered as a mentor at Hope is Alive during its formative early years. He was a volunteer for eight years with Feeding the Broken Hearted Ministries, a outreach program focused on the unsheltered homeless of Oklahoma City. He has also volunteered at Rivus Wellness and Research Institute as a medically assisted recovery therapist and is an Al Anon crisis line volunteer.

Depending on the results of the individual assessments, Steve uses a variety of therapeutic approaches is to work with the entire family system. Often, the family members want help answering the questions: “Why did this happen?” and “How can we keep this from happening again?” No one sets out to become addicted and Steve considers it his mission to help families recover and heal the relationships addiction has broken with themselves, God and each other.
