Dr. Pamela Forducey is a health service psychologist with board certification in rehabilitation psychology.

Dr. Forducey has been a health service psychologist since 1990 and received her board certification in rehabilitation psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology in 2004. She has served in hospital/medical settings for 30 years. She currently provides on-call psychology coverage at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital – North.
She is credentialed with Medicare, BCBS, United Health, Health Choice, and many Medicare managed healthcare insurers.
