My goal for therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to explore their life experiences and struggles. I aim to use proven interventions to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. Through an integrative approach, I work to help clients overcome the obstacles that keep them trapped in unhealthy, destructive thinking patterns. I believe that a client’s space is sacred, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable and open to sharing their deepest concerns.

My training revolves around trauma work with clients, and my approach would be to help clients heal from intensive trauma. I aspire to help clients recover from and overcome past traumatic experiences. I have been trained in EMDR therapy and utilize IFS for trauma and PTSD symptoms.

I view the body, mind, and emotions as interconnected, and I incorporate body-based concepts in my sessions. I believe that mindfulness, engagement, and compassion are essential elements in therapy, and I aim to cultivate these qualities throughout the therapeutic process.
