Cindy Rose is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. Cindy has received training in a variety of therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and Solution Focused Therapy.

Cindy’s counseling philosophy places significance on maintaining rational thought processes, learning healthy coping skills, and overcoming co-dependency in relationships. She has a passion for helping her clients live a more meaningful life through chosen values, positive self-acceptance, and engagement in the present rather that ruminating about the past or living in fear of the future.

Cindy acknowledges that personal change can be challenging. She is honored and privileged to enter the therapeutic process with her clients in a supportive and non-judgmental environment for positive life outcomes and healing.
