Tiffany Fuller

Tiffany Fuller, MA., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She has worked in the mental health field since 2011 in both inpatient psychiatric settings and in private practice. She has received additional training in traumatic stress, emotionally focused couples therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness. Tiffany has a passion to help others tune in to their present moment experience with acceptance and self-compassion. She uses counseling methods that focus on the whole person- mind, body, and spiritual experience.

She has a heart to help her clients connect with God, themselves and others, in a way that instills hope. Part of Tiffany’s practice involves working with individuals who have had painful or shame-based religious experiences to process the pain, and discover their unique expression of spiritual life. Additionally, she works with people in areas where they feel stuck, in order to develop understanding of how their past may affect them, incorporate current experience and explore new ways of being with themselves and others.

Tiffany’s experience includes working closely with adolescents and young adults in transition, individuals processing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and interpersonal relationship issues. She facilitates Life Skills and Mindfulness groups that often incorporate breath, movement, and, at times, art. She has helped local non-profits in organizational development and team building, and has led corporate communication and interpersonal awareness seminars. Tiffany has been married for 22 years and has two teenage children.
